Bagel: Medium-large bagel. Good topping density on both sides. Fresh but not hot. A grainier, stiffer bagel, something I've observed from other appetizing stores. A much better vessel for smoked fish than a bagel alone. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Served cold, well and evenly applied. Escapes the orbit of over-cheesiness and comes through the other side with a unique, refreshing tang; almost dill in its flavoring. Nice big chunks of scallion. Notably unique in its perspective. 4.25
